Please keep in mind that for our love bracelets to work, you first need to set up an account on our app, Totwoo, and let the app run in your phone's background. Your phone also needs Bluetooth connectivity and access to the internet.
Do you accept returns? - Yes!
In the absence of technical defects and quality problems of the product, our return policy lasts 14 days.
If you wish to return your order, you will incur a restocking fee of 35% regardless of the condition of the bracelet upon receipt. Also, there are certain limitations we have to respect from Android and Apple in regards to privacy policies, which require our app to be open in the background for our bracelets to work correctly. If you would like to return because of this limitation, please keep in mind that there will be a 35% restocking fee, as this is out of our control. The same applies if you want to return because of limitations outside of our developer's control, you will also be charged a restocking fee of 35%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you our return address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will also need to pay for the return shipping expenses as we do not cover shipping costs for returning packages.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing your order from our store. Simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. If we no longer have the item in stock a 100% refund will be issued!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received incorrect or incomplete items so that we can assess the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective unit, we will offer you a replacement free of charge.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Lastly, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
