FAQ

Where do you ship from? - We mainly ship from our warehouse in the USA however depending on product & manufacture we may outsource to provide you with the best possible price!

Do you accept returns? - Yes! 

In the absence of technical defects and quality problems of the product, our return policy lasts 14 days. Keep in mind that our love bracelets work by the app we provide you running in the background. There are limitations we have to respect from Android and Apple in regards to privacy policies, which requires our app to be open in the background for our bracelets to work correctly. If you would like to return because of this limitation, please keep in mind there will be a 35% restocking fee, as this is out of our control. If you want to return because of limitations out of our developer's control, you will be charged a restocking fee of 35-45%.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you want to return after removing the plastic seal, you may be charged a restocking fee from 15%-35%

If you receive a defective unit, we offer you a replacement free of charge: For example, if one bracelet does not light up we take responsibility and send out a replacement. (If you decide not to accept our replacement and your current bracelets have been removed from plastic seal, you may still be charged our restocking fee.)

Items not eligible for return:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How long is the shipping time? -  They vary from 10-14 Business Days depending on the product. We use UPS,USPS,FEDEX, and OnTrack to deliver our orders! (Our love bracelets currently average 12-15 business days for delivery due to the demand!)

Do you need Wifi?

The Bracelets need to be connected to a compatible smartphone, with either a wi-fi or 4G connections to send and receive touches.

Does the app need to be running in the background?

Yes, the app needs to be running in the background. If you need help setting up your device please contact us at info@circleandluck.com

Will the bracelets work if they are far apart?

Yes, as long as the bracelets are correctly set up within the app with either Wifi or mobile connection, you’ll be able to connect with each other. No matter what the distance between the two of you is.

Can I connect with more than 1 person?

Right now, the bracelets only work in pairs. But we are contemplating a family solution for the future.
